I’ve always been able to see beyond the surface, sensing the true essence of people around me. Even before I understood what it meant to hold space, I found myself creating a safe and welcoming environment where people felt seen and understood in a way that touched their hearts.

I grew up feeling like I didn’t belong, sensing and experiencing things that others around me didn’t seem to notice. Astrology and the metaphysical world became a constant fixture in my life from a young age yet, as I grew older, I shut off that part of myself and followed the conventional "false matrix" path.
After a car accident that left me battling chronic pain and enduring multiple surgeries, I experienced a profound spiritual awakening which led me to explore holistic healing. This journey reconnected me with my roots in astrology and through this reconnection, I healed not only my body but also my soul, opening the door to energy healing and further spiritual growth.
Working with plant medicine brought quantum leaps in my healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I found the courage to make bold, aligned decisions, including leaving my 20-year corporate career to fully step into my soul’s purpose. I felt a strong alignment with Ascended Astrology and Chrys’ mission and this deeper immersion into astrology further transformed my life.

Growing up an empath, I battled with depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, migraines, and anorexia which trapped me in a cycle of over-medication and unresolved trauma and like many starseeds, I felt disconnected from the world and myself.
In July 2020, I followed a seemingly random urge and moved to Atlanta after graduating college and shortly after my arrival I began attending astrology classes at a metaphysical center and Chrys was the teacher. Little did I know that I had just met my future mentor.
Since then, I have assisted in over 50 ceremonies, 17 retreats (both group and private), became a reiki healer, angelic channel and, now, Ascended Astrologer even taking my experience with marketing and online sales to become Chrys' full-time assistant and social media manager.
This work is a career, a calling and a soul mission. I’ve witnessed transformative changes not only in myself but in so many others, reaffirming my belief in our work and the profound impact of plant medicine and this container we have worked so passionately to perfect. I’m living proof that the connection to plant spirits, guided mentorship and healing can revive a soul and now I'm here to support you in doing the same.
